Sign-up here for 17.5! We will do a movement standards review at the beginning of the hour and move right into the first heat. Please plan on arriving around 10-15 minutes early to get warmed up and ready to go.*Please note: The Open WODs can take anywhere from 4 minutes to 20+ minutes to complete and the number of heats will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to:- Number of people signed up- Equipment and space needs- Length of WOD, which we will not know until each Thursday evening before the weekend session
